Thermal Cycle Test Bench

The test objects of the thermal cycle test bench include: radiator, water cooling plate, new energy components, radiator, plate heat exchanger, oil cooler, evaporator and condenser, etc. The test bench can perform automatic temperature control, the system heats up quickly, the temperature is uniform, and the insulation accuracy is high. The circulating pump motor adopts variable frequency speed regulation, and the circulating flow rate is steplessly adjustable. It adopts Taiwan Advantech industrial control computer, and the main components are imported. Both pressure and temperature use highly intelligent digital instruments, which can directly display data and transmit data in real time for computer processing. The pressure cycle waveform can be displayed in real time and dynamically, the waveform can be corrected at any time, and the test results can be recorded and printed as needed.
