Equipment Introduction

The ABS test bench is a technological upgrade of the pulse test bench for general automotive piping systems, mainly used for pulse fatigue testing of soft and hard piping in automotive braking systems, to verify the performance and service life of brake piping.

Functional Features

1. Pulse fatigue resistance test for pipelines applied in automotive braking systems;

2. Servo control system, fully computerized automatic control;

3. Pulse pressure, test frequency, and pulse waveform can all be set by the computer;

4. The interface dynamically displays test data and draws real-time time pressure waveform diagrams, with smooth and smooth waveform curves;

5. Real time analysis and storage using NI data acquisition software from the United States, and the ability to generate experimental reports for printing;

6. If the test piece leaks or the pressure is too high, it will automatically shut down and display the cause of the fault, making operation and maintenance simple.
