It is a impulse test bench developed mainly for rubber cooling water pipes, metal cooling water pipes, radiators, heater cores, heaters, etc. with water, ethylene glycol, and antifreeze as circulating media. It is a comprehensive performance test bench that integrates multiple functions such as controlling high and low frequencies, multiple waveforms, medium temperature, and ambient temperature.

Main functions and features:

1. The equipment is divided into electrical proportional valve control and electro-hydraulic servo control modes for customers to choose from, meeting the different needs of different users. 2. The main components of the equipment are all imported parts, and the operation is safe and reliable.

3. The equipment uses special control test software developed by LABVIEW to complete the test process of full automatic control, automatic measurement, automatic start protection function, real-time display and record pressure, temperature, pulse waveform and other set parameters, suitable for unmanned machines.

4. The internal structure of the equipment is reasonable and the layout is beautiful. It adopts non-welded pipeline connection to prevent leakage and facilitate maintenance;

5. There are different tooling fixtures suitable for different product connections.
