This test bench can complete the gas pressure alternation test of air intercoolers, turbocharger hoses and nylon tubes, and the test medium is high-temperature compressed air. The test bench adopts industrial computer centralized control, and the Chinese interface inputs the test parameters for real-time monitoring and control. It has the functions of air tightness detection before and during the test.

Main functions and features:

1. Principle of gas pulse test: compressed gas source is stored in gas tank, and then high-temperature air required by the test is output through proportional valve, heater and other devices.

2. The medium heating system has the advantages of precise temperature control, independent high efficiency and energy saving.

3. The equipment adopts special control test software developed by LABVIEW to complete the test process of full automatic control, automatic measurement, automatic start protection function, real-time display and record pressure, temperature, pulse waveform and other set parameters, suitable for unmanned machine.

4. After the failure of the test piece, the pressure drops rapidly, and there will be no continuous high-pressure gas spraying, which maximizes personal safety. At the same time, it has the function of automatic shutdown protection after the test piece is damaged. The test box has safety protection measures to avoid the sudden failure of the pipeline and the gas spraying, which will cause damage to the test box.
