Overview:

The gas relay withstand pressure test bench is mainly used for the withstand pressure strength test of gas relays, pressure instruments, valves, hose assemblies, pipelines, pressure vessels, pressure transmitters and other products.

Its test pressure, rate and other parameters can be set in the test program. After setting, the machine can complete it automatically.

The software provides a variety of test programs to choose from, and different test programs can be selected according to the actual test purpose.

Power supply: AC220V (+15%/-10%), 50Hz, 2kW;

Air source: 0.7～0.9MPa dry clean air, air supply ≥1m3/Min;

Test room temperature: -10～40 ℃; Test room humidity: 20～90%;

Test medium required: 50L

Test parameters:

Test pressure: 0.01-0.3MPa

Pressure increase rate: 0.1～0.3MPa/Min can be set arbitrarily, and the pressure increase rate changes with the pressure change

Medium: transformer oil

Medium and ambient temperature

Pressure holding time: 20min

Number of single tests: 5 pieces (5 pieces are operated independently and maintained separately;)

Constant pressure setting range: 10～100%F.S

Constant pressure control accuracy: ±0.5%F.S;

Timing setting range: 0.1～9999min can be set arbitrarily
