Product Overview:

This test bench can realize (electronic) water pump/PTC performance test, share the medium constant temperature system, and conduct tests at different times.

 The test bench is fully automatically controlled, and various test parameters can be set, and the computer can automatically collect data and curves, etc.; and generate reports, which can be exported using a USB flash drive;

Installation conditions:

The test room is well ventilated, without flammable and explosive items, the indoor temperature is 5~40℃, and the humidity is 20~90%

Equipment power supply requirements: 380V (+15%/-10%), 50Hz; power is about 100KW

Equipment footprint: length 6000mm*width 3000mm*height 2400mm

Supporting cooling water: ≥30m3/h; temperature does not exceed 25℃; pressure 0.3MPa

Intermediate medium excellent heat 200:80L, test medium: 60L

Heating power: 1~15kw, flow rate 2~300L/min

Power supply voltage: 100V-1000VDC;, the power supply A is installed in the electric control cabinet. Including AC power supply (water pump)

Communication (LIN/CAN/PWM), connected to the computer, set on the software;

Can test 1 set of manual fixtures at the same time;
