Customized air tightness test bench, gas leakage testing equipment

The equipment is mainly used for liquid cooling product testing (air tightness test), using high-pressure compressed air/nitrogen as the medium to test the pressure and air tightness performance of the test piece under different pressures.

Products tested: liquid cooling products
Air source: 0.5~0.8MPa compressed air, which must be stable, clean, dry, and free of oil and water
System description: 1 to 4 pieces tested at a time, each pressure is controlled independently and does not affect each other;
Test items: constant pressure test, static pressure test, pressure drop test and other capabilities
Test medium: compressed air/nitrogen
Single test: one medium, can automatically switch to select any medium for air tightness test
Inlet pressure: 0.1~5MPa, adjustable (4-way independent control and monitoring)
Environmental conditions: 5～40℃, relative humidity:<80%, no condensation
Holding time: can be set arbitrarily within 1-3600 minutes
