General Manager's Speech

The new mission inspires people to advance, and the new blueprint makes people look forward to it. The ability of a ship to set sail and ride the wind and waves is inseparable from the captain's foresight and strategic planning. As the helmsman of Gerts, General Manager Cai Zhixiong affirmed the past efforts and achievements, and was full of expectations and confidence in the future.

1. If employees are happy, the company will be energetic. The happiness of employees is the direction that the company pursues. In order to achieve the material and spiritual happiness of all employees, a Happiness Committee was established under the leadership of Deputy General Manager Liu Xianyun, and established the mission and beautiful vision of the Happiness Committee.

2.Under the leadership of Wang Wei, the production supervisor, the Getes Sixmonth activity was officially launched:Sixmonth covers delivery month, reduction month, quality month, safety month, altruism month, and reflection month. After enjoying the feast, we entered a culinary feast. Before the feast, Jia Bin, Executive Deputy Secretary General of the China Internal Combustion Engine Industry Association, delivered a speech and opened the dinner.

During the dinner, Yan Wenheng, the chairman of some schools in the west of Shenghe School in Tianjin, delivered a speech and invited all friends present at Shenghe School to bring a song called "Sincere Hero" to celebrate the 16th anniversary of Getes.
